EMPOWERING FINANCIAL INCLUSION

To successfully launch Vodacom’s Cash In & Cash Out (CICO) product , we developed the a campaign aimed at “smartspendas” and unbanked consumers who rely on traditional financial methods and are often unaware of digital conveniences. Centered on the core idea “For anyone, anywhere, anytime” , the solution educated users on how easily they can send and receive money for free and shop online from the most remote locations in Mzansi, without needing a bank account. The campaign utilized an integrated strategy of relatable radio spots, digital OOH, Facebook carousels, and in-store retail assets at Pick n Pay and Vodacom shops to break down digital barriers and demonstrate the disruptive simplicity of the VodaPay app.
