The Insight:

Other companies have CSI days, but MM actually rewards their staff for doing good.

Our task conceptualises ideas that let consumers know all the good work that MM staff have been doing throughout the year and that the company recognises those staff members for doing the good work. The ideas should ultimately be translated into a social media content plan. 

The KANAKA solution: 

We took the task to amplify the event on Twitter & LinkedIn experimented with Tik Tok for the GENZ target audience. Our main goal is to drive brand love and brand awareness by showing MM is a caring and engaged employer of choice with empathetic leaders. We created daily themed content focusing on each of the MM values & strategic pillars. We commissioned an illustrator Thami Zikalala to bring each award category to life with visuals leading up to the event, unpacking each pillar to our audience using social media platforms.
