The Request:

Other companies have CSI days, but MM actually rewards their staff for doing good.

Our task to conceptualize an idea that lets consumers know all the good work that MM staff have been doing throughout the year and that the company recognizes those staff members for doing the good work. The idea should ultimately be translated into a social media content plan. 

The KANAKA solution: 

We took the task to amplify the event on Twitter & LinkedIn also experimented with TikTok for the GENZ target audience. Our main goal is to drive brand love and brand awareness by showing MM is a caring and engaged employer of choice with empathetic leaders. We created daily themed content focusing on each of the MM values & strategic pillars. We commissioned an illustrator, Thami Zikalala to bring each award category to life with visuals leading up to the event, unpacking each pillar to our audience using social media platforms.
