Facebook Business Manager – you need to know it inside and out, but mainly:
- Experience with all the BM platform’s marketing objectives, especially Leads/Conversions and e-Commerce
- Setting up campaigns to ensure high converting ads
- Campaign management: analysing and optimising for best performance
- Ad data analysis
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving campaigns
- Understanding analytical campaign data & optimisation (CTR/CPC/CPM, etc.)
- Audience Insights
- Creating Custom Audiences and Lookalike audiences
- Facebook Pixel and Event Codes
- Dynamic Creatives
- Budget Optimisation
- Developing concepts and strategies for each stage of the marketing funnel
- Competitor analysis/research
- Ad Copywriting
- Reporting (daily/weekly/monthly as per client requirement)
Added Extras (Bonus skills)
- Experience with landing pages
- Adapting/editing assets – basic skills required (Use of Photoshop etc.)
- Creating Ad mock up’s for new business purposes
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
